SELECTED PROJECTS
-----------------
- rtker - A Real Time Operating System Designed and implemented a Real Time
Kernel, for embedded processors and ASIPs. Developed support for threads,
semaphores, a minimal C library(printf/malloc), real time scheduling and
interrupt handling. Also implemented a feature called Pluggable Scheduling,
which allowed the application developer to write his own scheduling policy and
plug it in the kernel. The kernel was ported to three architectures - x86,
Trimedia and ARM. ·
- Cryptographic Services for GAIA Developed a cryptographic services module
for the GAIA distributed operating system. The module provided
cryptographic algorithms for low end mobile devices and a general-purpose
authentication and certificate management, to complement the existing access
control and identification GAIA security services. An existing GAIA
application was modified to demonstrate our framework. ·
